Social Events & Sightseeing Opportunities

Based on experiences from our past conferences, we have observed a diverse range of interests among attendees regarding social events and sightseeing activities. Due to the wide variety of preferences, it is not feasible for the SIP2025 Organizing Committee to propose a singular, unified social event for all participants. Therefore, to accommodate this diversity and provide attendees with the flexibility to explore Vancouver according to their interests, the SIP2025 conference schedule has been structured to include all keynote speeches, technical sessions, and poster presentations within a single day (Paralell sessions) October 15, 2025. This adjustment ensures that October 16, 2025, is entirely open for attendees to engage in personal sightseeing and social activities at their discretion.

To assist attendees in identifying potential sightseeing opportunities, we have compiled a list of available half-day and full-day tours facilitated by external providers. However, it is important to note that the SIP2025 Organizing Committee has no involvement, connection, affiliation, or partnership with any of the social event or sightseeing organizers listed below. These activities are entirely independent of the conference, and each participant is responsible for selecting, booking, and engaging with the facilitators directly.
