Review Process

The publication process follows a rigorous and streamlined four-step procedure to ensure both high quality and expedient publishing.

Initial Screening

In the initial screening stage, each submitted paper undergoes a careful evaluation for fundamental criteria such as:

  • Relevance of the topic to the conference's theme
  • Quality of content and writing
  • Plagiarism similarity percentage
  • Compliance with layout and formatting guidelines

Following this screening, the conference's administrative board will make one of the following decisions:

  • Pass: The paper will be forwarded to the scientific/technical committee, and potential reviewers will be assigned.
  • Resubmission Required: Authors will receive an email with instructions for improving and resubmitting the paper.
  • Rejection: Authors will receive an email indicating that their paper was not accepted.

Review's Decision

Once the reviewers have evaluated the paper, a decision will be made based on their reports. Possible outcomes include:

  • Acceptance: Authors will receive an email with details about publication, registration, invitation, and accommodation.
  • Revision Required: Authors will receive an email with instructions for modifying their paper.
  • Rejection: Authors will receive an email indicating that their paper was not accepted.

Reviewers base their decision on the following factors:

  • Practical relevance
  • Suitability for the conference
  • Adequate issue analysis
  • Novelty and organization of content
  • Clarity of presentation
  • Overall originality and robustness
