Presentation Requirement
All accepted papers must be presented at the conference through either onsite (oral and poster presentations) or offsite (online and virtual) means. Presenters must choose one of the following methods:
- Onsite Oral Presentation: Deliver your research findings in person at the conference venue. You will be allocated a specific time slot during a relevant session to present your work and answer questions from the audience.
- Onsite Poster Presentation: Display your research in the form of a poster. Posters will be exhibited in a dedicated area, and presenters should be available during designated times to discuss their work with attendees.
- Offsite Online Presentation: Present your research virtually using the conference's online platform. This option allows you to deliver your presentation remotely, ensuring participation despite geographical limitations.
- Offsite Virtual Poster Presentation: Submit a digital version of your poster to be displayed on the conference's virtual platform. Presenters should be available online during specified times to interact with viewers and answer questions.
Presentation Template
The use of the conference presentation template, which will be distributed later, is strongly recommended. This template ensures consistency and professionalism across all presentations. The template will include guidelines on formatting, fonts, and recommended content structure.
Preparation Tips
- Practice: Rehearse your presentation multiple times to ensure smooth delivery within the allotted time.
- Engage Your Audience: Prepare to interact with your audience by anticipating questions and incorporating engaging visuals.
- Technical Setup: Ensure that your presentation equipment (laptop, projector, internet connection) is set up and tested before your session.
- Clear Visuals: Use clear and concise visuals to support your verbal presentation. Avoid overcrowding slides with too much information.
Q&A Sessions
Each oral presentation will be followed by a Q&A session where attendees can ask questions about your research. Be prepared to answer questions clearly and concisely. For poster presentations, be available at your poster during designated times to discuss your work with interested attendees.
