Registration Fees

The registration fees for in-person or virtual participation (in cases where in-person attendance is not possible) are determined as final by the IG2025 Conference Committee. These fees are inclusive of applicable taxes and do not include any discounts.

Registration Terms and Conditions

  • The conference registration fee exclusively covers the event participation cost and does not include accommodation, travel, or meals.
  • Each paper or abstract requires the lead author to pay the full registration fee, regardless of attendance. Co-authors attending the event must pay their own registration fees.
  • Authors submitting multiple abstracts receive a 20% discount on each additional submission.
  • Non-academics are defined as industry practitioners, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and other professionals not affiliated with an academic institution.
  • Student attendees must present valid proof of enrollment, such as an enrollment certificate or a valid university ID.
  • The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Conference registration cannot be changed from regular on-site to online registration by any means.
  • Registration includes one conference kit per author. Additional kits can be requested for an extra fee, and delivery can be arranged at an additional cost based on courier services.
