⚠️ Invitation and Registration Verification Notice
Important notice: SIP2025 invitation letters, registration confirmations, receipts, and visa-support documents are valid only while the associated conference registration remains active and in good standing.
The SIP2025 Secretariat reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the verification of conference-issued documents where a registration has been cancelled, a payment has been reversed, information cannot be verified, or there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized alteration, duplication, transfer, or misuse of the documents.
SIP2025 does not publicly disclose the names or personal information of individuals whose registrations are under review, suspended, or cancelled. Verification information may be provided confidentially to the participant, an authorized institution, a payment provider, or a competent government authority where appropriate and legally permitted.
To verify the validity of an invitation letter or other SIP2025 document, please contact the Conference Secretariat and provide:
- The SIP2025 authentication or verification number
- The participant's full name
- The name of the requesting organization or authority
- The reason for the verification request
To report suspected document alteration, unauthorized use, false representation, or other possible misuse of SIP2025 documentation, please send the available information and supporting evidence to:

All reports will be reviewed confidentially. Submission of a report does not by itself establish fraud or misconduct. SIP2025 will assess the available evidence and may refer substantiated matters to the relevant payment provider, institution, law-enforcement body, or government authority.
